I had the pleasure of designing and illustrating a dynamic three-modular eLearning program in colaboration with Croomo for Unity Water's new employee induction. The modules—Proudly One Team, Healthy Me, and Healthy Business—are crafted to engage employees with fun, vibrant, and approachable visuals. These courses provide a comprehensive introduction to Unity Water’s culture, wellness, and business values, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, informed, and motivated from day one. The illustrations were intentionally designed to make learning interactive and enjoyable, making the onboarding process not only educational but also inspiring.
